We only popped along for a look as we knew what things we needed in a car but just couldn't find something that met our needs. When we nipped in there was a few cars we wanted to look at. Craig gave us the freedom to look around them, get a feel for them and gave us any important information we needed. There was no "Hard" sell, there was no pressure or pushy over the top service. Everything was laid back and just left to us to look. All the information on the cars was emailed to us and we went away happy that we could make an informed decision. When we decided everything was done online at home, and we didn't need to return to the garage until the day we picked up the car. The car was ready in less than 5 days! Great customer service!
